What I Build and Why it Matters

A woman with red hair is writing on a transparent board with a marker, with a city sunset visible through large windows behind her. She is sitting at a desk labeled 'Colette De Nardo' and is smiling. Three people are working together at a table in the background, and a small picture frame showing a panel discussion titled 'Women as Architects of Culture' is placed on the desk.

Throughout my career, I’ve learned that impactful talent development isn’t about hosting events or completing training hours. It’s about solving real business challenges and equipping employees to work more effectively.

It also shouldn’t exist in a vacuum. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on bridging the gap between learning design and business execution to create programs that address critical organizational needs and improve day-to-day performance.

I design learning experiences that turn complex organizational needs into measurable performance. My goal is to build practical systems that drive business results, help managers lead with confidence, align cross-functional teams, and develop capabilities that scale with the business.

Let’s Connect

I’m always open to discussing modern learning design, sharing best practices, or exchanging perspectives on talent initiatives you're driving in your own organization.
